Private Beta Participation Terms
Effective for invitations issued after October 29, 2026
The private beta is an invitation-only evaluation of CrowdNod, operated by Nuvael Labs LLC. Participation is voluntary, restricted to business representatives aged 18 or older, and subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Free access, never an automatic subscription
Selected testers can receive complimentary Pro features for up to 14 days initially. No payment method is requested for beta access, no subscription or payment authorization is created, and the beta never turns into a paid plan without a later, separate, explicit purchase decision.
Earn an extension through genuine participation
Testers can qualify for an extension of complimentary Pro access, up to 90 days total from their initial start date, when Nuvael Labs verifies meaningful product testing: creating a collection form, exercising a real or consented test testimonial workflow, testing a website embed, and submitting two specific feedback reports. A report can identify bugs, confusion, missing functionality or positive experiences. Critical or negative feedback counts equally. No favorable public review is required. We may accept a privacy-preserving equivalent when involving a real customer is inappropriate.
Acceptable use and publication rights
Submit only content you are authorized to process and publish. Do not invent testimonials, pressure reviewers, send unsolicited campaigns or publish another person's name or video without an appropriate rights basis. Your feedback to CrowdNod does not automatically authorize us to publish your name, logo, quote or endorsement; we will request separate permission. Incentivized public endorsements must disclose material incentives where required.
Email and usage limits
Beta access is subject to operational limits and abuse safeguards. During early beta, no more than 3 campaign invitations per day and 10 per calendar month are included per workspace when campaign sending is enabled. Across all application email types, a beta workspace is limited to 5 per day and 30 per month. Campaign delivery may be paused until sender-domain, consent, unsubscribe, and abuse safeguards are verified. Beta access is not a promise of unlimited video storage, email delivery or external API capacity.
Expiration and your data
Beta access ends on its stated expiration date unless manually extended. The workspace returns to applicable Free-plan limits, and widgets above those limits can become unpublished. Stored testimonials are not deleted simply because the beta expires. You can export your content or request deletion under the Privacy Policy. Data needed for applicable legal obligations may have limited retention exceptions.
Early-release software
Beta features can change, become temporarily unavailable or contain defects. Please report problems responsibly to support@crowdnod.com. Do not submit secrets or sensitive third-party data while testing. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
