Can I bulk-import a Senja or Testimonial.to CSV today?
Not yet. CrowdNod does not currently ship a general CSV migration importer. For small libraries you can use the supported collection and source-backed import workflows; if bulk migration is a launch requirement, contact us before switching.
Do you edit or rewrite testimonial wording?
No. Testimonial wording is immutable after collection or import. AI may help suggest collection questions or extract structured fields from a pasted recommendation, but it is mechanically prevented from silently rewriting the published testimonial text.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid access continues through the end of the billing period. After that, Free-plan limits apply while your stored proof remains exportable under the documented retention policy.
