Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid access continues until the end of your current billing period, and cancelling does not delete your testimonials.
What payment methods do you accept?
No payment card is required during our private beta. New paid subscriptions are paused until public launch.
What happens to my testimonials if I downgrade?
Your testimonials and widget configurations are preserved. Free-plan collection limits apply after the downgrade, and widgets above the Free limit are kept but unpublished until you upgrade or reduce usage.
Does CrowdNod have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes a limited number of testimonials, one collection form, one widget, and CrowdNod branding.
Do you offer refunds?
First-time paid subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee when requested within 14 days of the first charge. Renewals, additional seats and partial periods are excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise. See the Terms of Service for details.
